You gotta admit, Richard might of found the only useful way to get people to willingly exchange something of value for something with precisely zero value without holding a gun to their head.

he has an incredible amount of capital to protect. for < 7 figure stacks i dont know if i would have much bitcoin. i love saylors level of conviction in coins. he's not wrong.

If you listen to Saylor at all he is very long term focused. He has zero intention of selling any of it.

So what happens to MSTR holdings if we get a true “winter”, say under $30k BTC again. They have averaged up over the last year, so I wonder if the company would have any responsibility to sell if BTC crosses a certain threshold. Not by Saylor’s own wishes (he has made it clear you don’t ever sell) but the board and or stock holder vote. Always wondered what autonomy he had on behalf of MSTR

Edit: misread the comment, but the payout from governance 1 will happen over 5 days. I suppose they structured it thst way to reduce price shock
