I don't. The state and crypto are fundamentally incompatible. The state will make every effort possible to stifle crypto development and usage.

well he said that this would effectively ban mining in the US, so that seems a bit hyperbolic to me

I'm talking more about the tax aspects making transactional usage a pain in the arse, but mining could certainly end up on the regulator radar too.

This one surprised me.

US states ban certain PC sales because they use too much power

Indeed. Crossed $41k for the first time in a while. If we can establish 39-40 as support then hopefully we can come out of “winter”.

ETH above $2400 is good, too. Hopefully $2300-2400 becomes new support for the next run.

ETC: 2300-2400, not k.

BTC reversal all but confirmed at this point.

It’s crypto, so anything can happen, but money is made before things happen and not after.

If you’re feeling forlorn and wishing you bought in at 28-30k right now, consider a top 10 alt coin that’s stagnant (cough link cough).

If btc runs to a new ATH, a new alt season will follow and you’ll see your gainz.

Only thing I regret is pooring more into ETH than BTC at this point in time. I may be premature on this, but I guess we shall see what comes with ETH 2.0... whenever that comes.

Are we possibly looking at another hard alt pump? Small caps?

Don’t see how we don’t if we run to new ATH.

Greedy play is buy Alts now.

Safe play is buy alt when btc crosses 65k.

Middle ground is dca alts between 47k-65k

so yeah. looks like they might try to tax us for moving coins from an exchange to a wallet or wallet to wallet

Won’t happen. And the fact there is even language in this preliminary bill is a positive IMO. It reenforces crypto is here for the long term.

The only weakness I see in the market is gains appear to be entirely driven by shorts getting squeezed for the time being. Sideways until hedgies get fricked.

What happens if they just quit playing?

it’ll be fun to watch
