Dogecoin adds 5 billion coins to its supply every year. This isn’t suitable for a store of value, obviously.
It also uses the same mining protocol as Bitcoin, meaning if mining ever got competitive more energy usage is an unavoidable consequence.

Don’t look at the markets. Or just look at them every 4 years and smile this assumes you don’t chase pumps. Buy under the 20 week moving average

Doge pumpers argue that the fast transaction speeds make it great for every day transactions, and that's its use case, not SoV, and that 5% inflation isn't so bad for a transactional coin.
I think they are smoking some good shite, but even after a big crash doge was holding at 40 cents.

I don’t think they’ll be able to keep a cash influx high enough YoY to keep the price of a coin high or even remotely stable at that rate of coin production tbh.
If I’m wrong, I’m wrong. There are better projects out there and it is infuriating and baffling to me he is shitting on Bitcoin while shilling Doge.
