Staked my ETH with Coinbase today.
How's the process? I was on the waitlist and got notified today I can stake. Wondering if you also evaluated other options or just waited for CB?

I got 1/3 of my ETH in nexo getting 6% since I am a platinum member and do the monthly fixed rate. Rest of my ETH are in coinbase, just realized I can stake there for 6% too which is great because I didn't want to risk having everything in my nexo account.

The LINK summer run got me really back in. Luckily I had a little skin in the game left from 2017

Very easy process. You just transfer however much of your ether you want to their ETH 2.0 token.
When you transfer you aren’t able to convert back, transfer, unstake, or liquidate your ETH 2.0 for the time being. I wasn’t going to sell and don’t time markets other than to buy, so the 6% APR was a no brainer to me. You can see your rewards tick up by the second which is pretty neat, but they don’t show up in your main portfolio yet. The app says they’ll add it to your main portfolio whenever ETH 2.0 launches. You’ll be able to trade your staked ether again before the launch but they haven’t said exactly when yet.

Thanks. Probably the biggest hook of CB, besides easy onboarding, is that it seems to be less risky than a ton of options (knocking on wood as I type this).

Eth staking locks your Eth up just a word of caution they don’t have a way to unstake yet

yupp. as long as you're not in shitcoins I think the downside bear will not be as aggressive this time around partly because of all the yield out there

I'm trying to convince my wife to take half of our amex savings to put into celsius stablecoin. Give me that 10% over .4% or whatever amex high yield is
Is anyone doing this? Does Celsius really give 10% for USDC?

First off CE, I did some research, and while I cannot pinpoint why I bought LINK, I think it had to be because of you, so thank you again. Obviously I wish I would have bought more, but that's most coins...but
Secondly, would you mind summarizing your current strategies regarding any long-holding assets, or general yield optimization? I've lurked this thread since the beginning, but only posted in it recently, and haven't read the middle 1000 pages. I think you mentioned Celcius previously?
And actually, anyone who wants to respond with anything fairly conservative would be appreciated.

It can vary week to week but it is usually between 10-13%.

Thanks for the response! I have other assets soft staked there, so familiar with the tracker, but this process definitely seems more limited and involved.

I just looked at the NEXO chart....wow. Any info on it would be appreciated. And it appears platinum is a ratio of NEXO to other assets you hold there; is that correct?

Rocket might be able to speak on Nexo better than me, I just signed up in January, sounds like he's had an account there longer. Nexo supports around 20 cryptos, you can get between 4-6% interest (stable coins even more) depending on what percentage of your portfolio is in nexo tokens. I wanted to get the max percentage so I traded through changeally some of my ETH to have 10% of my portfolio in Nexo. Since then the price of nexo coins went from $1.15 to $3.65, should have traded all my ETH for nexo haha
