I am sure many will say that, however, I still think they are inevitable.

We knew this was coming. Let it have its effect. There will always be crypto friendly countries.

I am listening to this Bankless podcast episode with Hester Pierce, one of the SEC commissioners. She's known as "crypto mom". But I think it's pretty amazing that there's an SEC commissioner that actually understands the crypto world enough to be on a podcast and be competent in conversation with super ETH shills like the bankless group.
If the other SEC commissioners think like she does about how to regulate, we'll be good.

Nobody really knows who satoshi is/was, or if the surname was a group of people or what.

I listened to a lot of that pod cast with Hester Peirce and think she may be a pretty good choice as a regulator in that space and role. She did mention that a lot of fraudulent things are going on because people do try and rip people off. However she also seems to realize there are innovative things as well. She actually seems open to learning and listening to what is actually going on in the defi world without jumping to conclusions. Realistically, many of us are trying to learn more and keep up with what is trending and developing and what works without making too many painful mistakes.

Its the funniest thing when this is brought up as a "got-ya". Like, how do they think the US economic system runs now?

I never understood the "criminal" argument. What currency did criminals use prior to BTC?

NTY.
Buy BTC when? $54,000? When's everyone smell opportunity to load up?

Plan B thinks it could have been Hal Finney or a close friend of his from California. Hal received the first transaction.
