Thanks for the info Iowa. Have you looked at any of the stable coin yields for anything that you don’t want exposed to BTC?

At this point I may just hold my VET as a way to enjoy alt szn since I sold pretty much everything else for bitcoin.

Understood and I don’t blame you. Unfortunately I sold my bag a few months ago. I’ve had a decent return, but not 7-8x on it

Oh damn....I’m still making my way through the first hundreds of pages of this thread to try to figure out if I got the idea to buy link from this thread or crypto twitter...mainly so I can thank whoever it was.

People are so angry about other people’s money, it’s sad

It’s like trying to hand out water bottles in a third world country but the local chieftains insist their people keep drinking from the canals they shite in because that’s what they’ve always done

Sadly I only bought a small amount at like $5. Oh well. I’m sticking around next (if we have one) bear market.

I started following on page 1, just always lurked until recently. I actually considered BTC in 2011 with Wiki threads, but never pulled the trigger...oh well.

I’m only on June 1, 2017 rereading this thread....so I’ll thank you in a few months, (insert lol emoji...having trouble, ha)

But if it was you, thank you. Hopefully you grabbed a decent size bag. When we entered the long bear winter, I quit dedicating all my time to crypto, but didn’t sell anything. Then link got listed on CB and I moved it over from Binance and I got back into it a bit. Pretty sure my cost basis is about .35 or so, but I need to verify.

Doge is up 100% over the last 24 hours. Joke or not, that’s a better return than anything anyone ever expected

Coworker of mine has over 2 million DOGE and when it got to .05 around the super bowl I was telling him he was an idiot if he kept holding that crap

Yall have any good reading materials on how I can locally store bitcoins? I'm a little nervous about having money tied up on an app. Can't you put them on an external hard drive?

Cold wallets are your answer to private custody

They programmatically change the public key and private key and the private key is only accessed when the wallet is disconnected from the computer’s USB data lines so there is no chance of it being seen over the internet.

Ledger Nano S is what I have; people have suggested the Trezor or Ledger Nano X to me
