As much fun as it may be to make fun of XRP, having the 3rd largest market cap coin get sued by the SEC for operating as a security, is NOT good for the crypto market as a whole

Someone enlighten me, as I literally have no idea what I’m doing.
I have a position at a pretty low price that wouldn’t kill me should I lose it. I know everyone’s panicking and selling because they’re scared it will be declared a security with this suit. I’m more intrigued to hold though. Like I said, the loss wouldn’t touch me financially, but there could be huge upside of ripple wins a potential suit, right?

I see your point but they have already ruled BTC and ETH aren’t securities and we need to clear out some trash. Ripple has been dumping on their own investors for years.
As a Link holder this does slightly worry me though.

XRP will be ok and perform well! I'm not worried about my portfolio! Not worried with XRP and XLM! Actually the worse performing coin i have in my portfolio has been Tezos!

Tezos usually moves well with LINK but when LINK went close to 20$ Tezos you would think would go to 10$ but didn't! It stayed around 1.50 to 4! Very poor performance! But that's a project I have for 2025 bullrun! Along with LINK which may move up before 2025 and Algo!

Im just going to be honest with you, bro. We both hold XRP, but I truly feel I am better than you. I’m holding a very small position and plan on holding for no other reason than that I am retarded. Lots more to possibly gain than for me to lose.
You however refuse to even acknowledge that things are a little scary for XRP holders right now, and that is a kind of lunacy I’ve actually grown to appreciate.

There’s a very real chance every American exchange delists XRP soon. I have no idea why you love that coin so much but you really should consider taking profits and allocating them elsewhere

A negative story on XRP has nothing to do with BTC. BTC isn't an unregulated security.
