well trump signed the CARES act which gave an extra $600 PER WEEK to unemployed, which was really fricking stupid, as many are making more on unemployment than they are while being employed

i think a new version of a stimulus package will replace that disastrous bill when it expires in July.

Only to people who have lost their jobs.

My wife and I were in the phase out area of the last stimulus, and still have our jobs. We don't need an extra 4k per month. I'm all for helping people who need help, but people who have not been financially affected by this bullshite do not need to get 4k a fricking month in "extra" money.

Which was a huge mistake and tons of senators and governors are realizing it. I love that they are directing companies to report employees furloughed who are refusing to return to work, so they can remove them from unemployment.
