New Truck Purchase - Nissan EOY Sales?

Does anyone have any experience or insight into what type of discounts/incentives might be available at the end of the year on 2026 Nissans?
I have never purchased a Nissan; willing to travel to any dealer between TX and LA for a deal - if anyone has any dealer suggestions as well.

Last year I purchase a 2025 on the last day of september. 3500.00 rebate off of the top and another 7% off of msrp.
42500.00 msrp
-3500.00 rebate
-3000.00
36k + 10% tax 39.5 OTD
Frontier has been perfect for 11 months, no ragets ..

I paid $43k OTD for a 2026 Pro-4X at the end of march. Expensive for a mid sized truck, but I have loved it so far. Seems like the last good option for a naturally aspirated engine. I didn't want a turbo that would burn out after 100-150k miles.

That’s a pretty good deal. What dealership?

Different Chasis and Drivetrain, but I have a 2019 Armada with 145k. It's been great. It eats batteries though. Other than that it's good.
