It just becomes sad at some point. I hope I'm wrong as I hate seeing people conned, but I just don't see a way this ends well for those that "sacrificed."

Crypto people are so arrogant, I love their tears.

The SEC recently lost a lawsuit against centralized XRP then decided to double down against XRP and now go after a completely decentralized PulseChain?
What a waste of tax dollars. BlackRock must be paying well.

They proved XRP was a registered security...

A federal judge ruled that the Ripple Labs Inc. token is a security when sold to institutional investors but not the general public, a long-awaited decision that was widely hailed as a victory for the crypto industry over the SEC.

The judge ruled that XRP sold over exchanges to the general public was not a security because there was essentially an information barrier between the company and those buying it.
That’s the antithesis of PulseX, Pulse Chain, and Hex. Heart is super active with the general public and the majority of people who own the most recent project did so by sacrificing their other crypto. It was not sold on an exchange, so the information barrier didn’t exist.
Oh, and there is the whole fraud claim too.
ETA- this is what saved XRP, and the Pulse project simply cannot make this claim…

Completely different scenarios from the start though.

I'm confused as to what's going on. Are there a few people in the thread who are diehard Pulse fans saying "sure our investment has lost a ton of value now but we'll be back in 2-3 years stronger than ever" or are those posts satire?
I tried to stay neutral but this doesn't look great for PulseChain.

Sadly it’s real. These douches came here in droves acting all high and mighty and crapped on anyone who just didn’t understand how some piece of shite folk of ETH was going to change crypto forever. The ones with their heads so far up their asses claimed this would be “the top investment of 2022” and “we will retire of Pulse”, so of course they are now relying on the next bull run to save their shitcoin. Just like the other 20,000+ shitcoins out there.

Any lawyers want to take a stab at what criminal penalties the prosecution is going to be angling for?

Who was being douches first?
