I tried to purchase a new Honda for my wife a couple weeks ago when the cyberattack happened but their finance software was down. They didn't tell me ahead of time, so I show up with a documented agreed upon price and trade in value, start the paperwork, and then they bring up the software being down. I signed one place to demo the car until its back up, and drive off. No big deal.

They are 2 hours away, and its now been over 3 weeks. They call me twice a week to set up the time, I asked them to send me the paperwork to review, and then they never call back.

Do they just suck, or is this going to bite me somehow? The vehicle has almost 800 miles now so I'm starting get concerned it won't close as a new vehicle?

If it hasn't been titled before, it is still a new vehicle.

I appreciate it. I just talked to them, they just suck. The guy was 1/3 to my house to sign in person. Never called me before he left, I was planning on being half way to him in 2 hours. The incompetence and lack of communication to help both of us out is mind blowing.
