Anyone looked into buying shares of race horses? I enjoy watching the big races but don’t know much about the sport

Then don't put any of your money into a horse. I have heard it is expensive and few are good enough to pay off. The bad ones eat just as much and require as much care as the good ones.

Wasn’t the Kentucky derby winner this yr part of something like this and after all was said and done they basically got squat? From what I understand this is like owning stock in the Green Bay Packers.

Horse racing is very tough sport. I’d stay away unless you just want to say you own a racehorse.
