So i didn't see much on mvst here. I like them from a valuation standpoint well i did at least.

This is the strategic battery partner of Oshkosh. Should run some more once the workhorse and Oshkosh lawsuit get tossed as well.

Bought some 9/17 $25c earlier this month but don't own any underlying stock.

I know some were in on workhorse here and was hoping to get some other side of the suit perspective for those still watching it.

Bump. I own some shares. Averaged down quite a bit (I'm a dumbass). Suit was dismissed. MVST currently sitting below 10 and been in downtrend. S1 not approved yet. No PR. Earnings in Nov? Was excited about the stock. Quickly losing my enthusiasm.

Currently up 58% YTD. Starting to run? Earnings at end of month. Still little PR out of them.

But WKHS hurt sooo bad…I’m new to the stock world and WKHS was my first real love.

A lot of people got hurt by WKHS. I think there is a former poster of this board partly to blame for many.

It's not a SPAC

Exactly IT WAS a SPAC. The second it changes tickers it just an operating company no different than any other. The fact they it went public via a SPAC irrelevant. People need to stop focusing on the fact that these companies were SPACs.

Like it or not, the deSPAC’s are a huge target for shorts and SPAC’s have a terrible reputation in the market currently.

Jumped today on energy bill news. Hoping ~$2.00 was the final bottom.
I've averaged down enough that I only have about 125% to go for break even. Anyone else in same boat want to discuss? Or am I the only one left with a little bit of hopium.
From my limited understanding from what I've read others post elsewhere current valuation is approximately equal to assets alone.

I wasn’t a fan of Ancient Tiger, though I had nothing personal against him. Not sure that I ever interacted with him. But just like the guys who came on here hawking those high interest crypto lending schemes (that imploded), the only people to blame for making bad trades or investments are the ones who hit the buy button.

And yep, I traded in and out of WKHS a few times through options. As I recall, I broke even across probably dozens of trades. But only I’m to credit or to blame for what I do.

Nothing personal. Don’t mean it that way. But we all need to realize that taking “hot tips” from anonymous message board posters is a foolish idea if you act on the tip without doing some HEAVY due diligence.

Ultimately, yes. I didn't really jump on that bandwagon but have sympathy and understanding for those that did since he was so on fire for a bit. That's all I was saying.

I understand. And I didn’t mean to come off like I was lecturing.

Took this list from another message board.
Year end roundup of good news. Only bad news I know of is them doing business in China, but what company doesn't? Recently hit all time lows. :(

1. Announcement of partnership with TÜV SÜDa, sustainability assessment program, which will put Microvast in play in the EU to be a major player in governmental sustainability. (Sowing seeds for future BESS projects.)
2. Introduction of next generation battery products.
3. Increased year-over-year revenue and improved margins.
4. Hires Tobias Talmon l'Armée from Volkswagen as Vice President Global Marketing and Communications.
5. Announced new Energy Division and BESS storage system.
6. Joins Consortium led by Shell energy to electrify mining vehicles.
7. Announced partnership with General Motors to build next generation Ultium batteries.
8. Granted $200 million under the Inflation Reduction Act for a manufacturing facility to build battery separators for the GM partnership.
9. Announced 1.21GW's! BESS project.
