Is there a live mortgage rate site. I know they change all the time throughout the day. Or is that information only available to brokers?

Rates have been fluctuating wildly throughout the day, sometimes as much as 1.5%

I got quoted 3.25 on a 30 today. Not sure whether to take that or hope they go lower.

How many points? Yesterday around 3pm we were qouted 3.875 for 30. No points and would give us about $800.

I think rates will go lower.

I have no points on 3.25. Another place quoted me 3.375 with no points.

Nowhere. They are talking about the percentage swing, not lowest rate.

Damn. Where are y'all getting these quotes and what size is the loan? My guy quoted me at 3.5% today whereas last week it was up to 4.1%. My credit is in the excellent category so no issue there.

Got offered 2.75% today on a 15 year but by the time I could respond to lock it in, he said rates had already changed. I didn't realize it moved that fast.

Same thing happened to me last week. Luckily my broker texted me Monday that 2.75% was back and I locked it in.

Anyone have rates or access to a link where investment property mortgage rates would be? I know they’re usually higher than primary residence ones but what are they right now?

I think many are talking about refinances.

I got quoted for a 30 year today at 3.5 also.
