I’ve convinced myself they are going to leverage a reverse split before announcing big name partnerships.

That will be the time i buy more.

OUST and AEVA used the same playbook a couple years back.

Maybe getting ahead of myself here but added shares today.

Caterpillar previously signed a deal with Luminar last May I believe. MicroVision has since bought Luminar assets. Now Cat is looking to hire a lidar engineer. LiDAR Components Engineering Specialist

“We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Cat Technology Division as a LiDAR Component Engineering Specialist at our Chillicothe, IL offices to lead the technical development and deployment of new LiDAR products to our autonomous and automated machines.”

Draw your own conclusions.

Up to .67 but now falling back.

There is money to be made in these cycles but it would take a lot of capital to make it worth it.

I believe the company will announce a reverse split vote at the shareholders meeting. This will lower the float and create a situation where the next major news announcement comes with a significantly smaller amount of shares available which will cause a massive squeeze. There are some absolutely massive names they could announce this summer/fall. This was the exact same thing OUST did.

It’s Caterpillar!

If you are reading this right now and currently own 0 shares. Do yourself a favor and put in a hour of DD here.

Timing couldn’t be better in my opinion.

This is like buying OUST at $5/share.

Are you suggesting that MVIS is going to x10?

I’ve been holding on to this turn for awhile and it just dropped 30% earlier this week. I’d love for this to turn into a money maker.

I just bought 2,500 shares to follow.

But I’m going to have to read more about the OUST reverse split as it was part of a merger with Velodyne.
I’m sure you know all about it, but probably not a 1:1 comparison..?

They have made very strategic acquisitions to expand their LiDAR portfolio to 905nm, 1550nm, and FMCW, which many believe will be the LiDAR of choice in the future.

The long term deal with Caterpillar is just the very beginning. MVIS will eventually surpass the mc of OUST. The new CEO that came from Aptiv, did the same thing for them and radar sensors. They are going to dominate the auto OEM segment.

2027 is when it all comes together starting with Movia S deals. Auto OEM revenue is 2028/29. Everything builds to that.

You tend to find these types of distressed names, don’t you?

I like running one every now and then for a high risk play. Major upside if you can find distressed names at a timely spot. Some stay distressed or worse.

I’m in for 10k shares. Let’s see what happens.

Wait you are excited about MVIS and simultaneously troll the company that just got added to the Nasdaq 100??

Your troll game is no longer relevant!

To OP: Keep us in the loop on any news here. You’ve got a few new stakeholders following.
