Have you considered a small biz consultant that is an expert in these areas?

Plot twist, the consulting business crowdsources ideas from message boards ands he repackages those for the customers. Keeps margins insanely high.

All kidding aside I know nothing about business, just want to congratulate you on building something successful and growing.

Your business isn’t unique, meaning there are other companies doing what you are doing. I’d find some that are your size and larger and figure out how to set up a meeting. Lots of people out there willing to talk and help out a fellow business owner. There will be some advice that’s specific to your industry as well as some general business advice. My partner and I have done this off and on over the last 8 yrs as we’ve scaled our companies. You’ll learn way more thru talking to real people who’ve been thru the fire than you will from a book. Congrats on your success and good luck!
