I wasn't sure what you were asking. I am a lead supervisor, at times I am responsible for 4 - 6 people between day and night tours.

The key is to do tons of practice problems and timed exams
Once I figure out the strategy behind each type of question I will follow this advice.

Not anymore, that was part of the change.

That's good to know. I haven't seen that explicitly stated anywhere.
Everything I have read only mentions that the "C" won't be reported to the admission offices.
Thank you

How'd your GMAT go? Score?

650 - cancelled it
I need work to work on critical reasoning and more upper level quant. I also was really nervous and had some anxiety - first standardized test in 11 years. Rd 2 will go much smoother since I know what to expect.
I scored a 690 and 720 on the GMAT prep exams 1 and 2 so I know I can score that high on the real thing, just have to go out there and do it.
Not looking at school until fall 2017 so I have plenty of time to regroup and take it again.

Might want to boost that. There's usually a gap between what you score on test day versus what you scored during practice.

I'll be starting this program during the summer. Anyone done the Finance concentration?
Posted on 1/7/16 at 12:22 pm to 9BREES9
No. I'm in general business. Finance 701 is one of the core classes. Econ 705 was tough.
Posted on 1/7/16 at 7:04 pm to 9BREES9
Taking that this semester which begins on 1/11.

Just graduated. Completed program in 12 months.
Who you have for FIN701?

Dr. Vines. Is he any good? Econ 705 and Acct 701 were tough. I made C's in both. I hope Fin 701 is easier than Acct and Econ. What are some other heavy math courses?
Posted on 1/12/16 at 3:02 am to Paul Allen
I had Vines; you shouldn't have any trouble. Just do every practice problem he assigns and keep your notes and book handy. ECON and ISDS were my only B's and both were really the result of lack of preparation.

Thanks. Did you make an A in Dr. Vines class? I made a C in Acct and a C in Shaughnessy's Econ class. I struggled mightily. How did you do in management 720? I have Dr. Syblie for that.

Got A's in everything except for ISDS and ECON. B's in both of those. MADM 720 was time consuming but nothing particularly difficult.

Thank you! Who'd you have for ISDS? Also, what 2 electives do you recommend?
