I am currently enrolled in ACCT701 Ambrosio and MADM720 Williams. I got a little behind this week as my work schedule has been very demanding. Are these classes pairable?

@Tsimmons4
I got an A without reading the text. My strategy was:
-read through lecture slides
-complete the weekly assignment to reinforce some of the concepts
-re-read/study lecture slides again
-watch weekly videos at 1.25x speed just before test

Hi I’m planning on starting my MBA in general business in January in the program, this forum has been helpful in choosing classes but if you have any tips or google docs/ group chat and don’t mind adding me I would be grateful!

I'm guessing you did as poorly as I did on his first quiz :)

@audiotaxes1, so don't focus so much on the textbook readings. I didn't do well on week 1 test, so I am going to try and focus more on the lecture slides and videos.
Thanks
Thanks

Hi Everyone. When does enrollment start for the Spring 2021 term for new students? I noticed it says it registration opens Nov 9th for currently enrolled Grad students. Does that not include individuals that were just accepted? Or does it?
Appreciate your help!

The website shows 11/9

But as a newly enrolled student, you will probably get several phone calls and emails from the school to make sure you are all set. I've been very impressed with LSUS's effort to reach out and touch base with students to make sure they don't have issues or questions.

PPT slides will help the most, exams come mostly from them

Not sure about extra credit, but I just saw on the class/prof spreadsheet (LINK ) that the quizzes are curved.

I'm currently in Dr. Phillips MADM 701 class. Overall, it is pretty straightforward. The tests and writing assignments align well with the readings and professor review videos, and there aren't any surprised in regard to what is being asked.
However, I have having one big challenge with the writing assignments. For what are relatively easy writing assignments (i.e. subjects align with weekly reading and they aren't required to be overly long), the number and quality of sources (i.e. peer reviewed articles, etc.) seem excessive.
Everything could easily be explained by what is in the reading but several outside (and original source) sources are required.
I am spending more time looking for sources than I am actually spending on writing up the answers.
Does anyone have an tips for easily and quickly being able to find. sources that meet her standards?
