thats what their BNB coin is for, fwiw

its also cheaper fees if you trade in BNB

i like binance a lot so far or at least better than poloniex

BTCs lightning network is being worked on though which will make it faster and cheaper

LTC is a very risky long-term investment imo.

ill trade it though

Oh. Well it’s true for my iota transaction. I bought iota using BTC via binance. Tried to get out and it wouldn’t let me pull everything out, only whole units

i mean the founder said so yesterday on twitter

with that said, you need to ask yourself that IF BTC activates segwit, lightning network, smart contracts, and is able to process more transactions quicker, will LTC even be necessary?

IF being the operative word, of course.

Have you tried any other coin?

So they only allow you to take out whole bitcoins also?

That is not what he said. He merely warned investors of the normal risks in investing. He didn’t say LTC was a risky investment

Buying LTC is extremely risky. I expect us to have a multi-year bear market like the one we just had where LTC dropped 90% in value ($48 to $4). So if you can't handle LTC dropping to $20, don't buy!

thats what he said

I’ve only tried IOTA, that’s the only crypto on binance I put money into. If I wanted to make a full withdrawal I don’t think it’d be an issue but I can’t because right now it says IOTA is suspended. Even if I could sell my iota, I can only sell whole miota units. Binance charged me to buy iota when I initially purchase some whole units and it bought my purchase down just under the total units. I don’t know if that’s a binance or iota thing. Regardless I’m stuck with IOTA.

Lee said that about the entire crypto market, no just LTC

Guess he did say it, don’t know why I already forgot. I guess I just took it as a generality. Well high risk, high reward.

Funny that at the time of that tweet LTC reached 200

I’m not emotionally attached, I genuinely thought that he didn’t say that. My bad man

I feel like it has to be more of a when rather than if. But until then LTC has a future. Though maybe I just don't know how all of this blockchain stuff works.

I'm holding off until we start nearing the supposed 25% of BTC ceiling.

That is what I am thinking as well. Eventually Bitcoin will win if the powers to be allow cypto to do its thing without undermining it.
