Hey guys, I'm about to buy my first home and I was looking at Lexington Park. These homes are in the 230-260k range. I'm wondering if anyone thinks this is a good investment...do you guys think the home will appreciate in value over the next oh I don't know 5 years?

Because there isn't. People don't want to hear it and I can't speak about to the scale but there is another housing bubble forming.

And I think the HOA fees are like 800 + per year. That's crazy for the price range of those houses.

Would you happen to know some good neighborhoods that would be good to look into?

Any particular area you favor more than other? What are your requirements? 3bed/2bath? Pool? Garage? Square footage?
