NXTTF has had a hell of a run up these last few days. I wonder what's going on.
probably because I finally caved and sold before year end to take the loss on my taxes

Finally got my funds available from TDAmeritrade. Watched it in the teens and finally bought in at .036.
I am in the exact same boat. Today was the first day I could finally buy. I only put in about half of what I was planning on investing. I just plan to see how it moves today and buy the rest. I have 10 free trades and I only opened this account to buy this so I don't really have to worry about the transaction fees

I think a lot of people did this TBH, which is why there was such a rapid decline along with Andrew Left's shorting opinion. If it's not back to a profitable stance by end of 2019, I'll take the lose for tax reasons myself.

No info or knowledge of the stock but just looking at the 1 month chart, they had a spike starting around .0031, ran all the way up to near .04 and now is correctly itself as people sell for a quick 12x multiplier so it's falling to the high .01s

Rowbear, did you get your shares yesterday when the run got stalled by profit-takers? Might dip back to the 2s before the uplisting or Jan. 18 happen.

No, I have a standing order at 0.025. If it hits, great. If not, I'll use the money elsewhere.

I think you’ll get them next week if they don’t announce an uplist.

It's why I haven't reset the order. I originally had it set at 0.02 on Wednesday, then the news came.

What will they be uplisting?
Posted on 1/4/19 at 5:05 pm to SWLA92
They are uplisting to a higher level penny stock exchange - OTCQB. It requires more transparency, i.e. audits, SEC filings, etc. It legitimizes them in s sense, and exposes them to a much larger audience. For instance, brokers who didn’t trade them before may now, as well as bringing in more institutional investors. They completed the audits and submitted everything back around a couple months ago and have just been awaiting processing.

That’ll be great news as soon as that happens
Posted on 1/4/19 at 5:49 pm to SWLA92
Yeah I really think they’ve been slow-playing some news until that happens. They’ve been issuing just enough info and press releases to keep us from falling into the abyss, but once the uplisting is official we’ll see a lot more steady release of info.

Where do you like to get your information from?
Posted on 1/4/19 at 11:58 pm to SWLA92
Most of my info comes from here: Investorhub
I’ve read the last 8 or 9,000 posts there and every article or press release they’ve ever linked. A lot of both sunshine pumping and bashing to sort through over there, but lots of very pertinent information gets posted if you follow it every day. Pretty much any relevant info is going to find its way to that board thanks to a few very persistent investors over there. Some of them frequently email the CEO and post the answers they get as well.
Also, here’s a good overview of the company from stockwatch index... Stockwatchindex

Yeah I found that website a couple weeks ago. Like you said you gotta weed out the good and the bad, but there is some good info from some of the posters
Posted on 1/5/19 at 12:08 am to SWLA92
After reading every post for the past 6 months, eventually you get to know which posters to ignore and which ones to pay attention too. Never believe everything good or bad, but sort through it, find the valuable info, and decide for yourself the relative importance.
A friend has also had some communications with the CEO over the past couple years, and while there’s no inside info, I like the general vibe of their outlook for the future.

My order for 90000 shares at 0.030 hit yesterday.
I'm up to 243,000 shares of LVVV with an average cost of 0.027.
I went into this planning to just throw $1000 at it as a gamble in case it skyrocketed, but the more TigerDad posts the more I feel like I'm missing out if I don't buy the dips.
Now I'm fully expecting to semi-retire within five years (sort of kidding).
One thing I don't fully understand as this is my first venture into setting a limit order...I had set a limit at 0.015 a few weeks ago and it hit, but only for 14,000 shares of the 100,000 I ordered. Why do partial orders happen?

If you don't have enough sellers at that price, you can only buy what's available.
Posted on 1/5/19 at 12:23 pm to Salamander_Wilson
I keep kicking myself in the arse for all the times I could have sold at 20-50% profit and then bouht right back in weeks later. But I know the minute I sell, the price will just keep rising and I’ll be chasing. Then every time I grab another 50-100,000 shares against my wife’s wishes, I tell her I swear I’ll flip these in the short run. Then I just can’t let them go.
