Have to think it will hit resistance with a sell off at .06. Probably ride around .04 until revenue can be generated in Q2. At that point, first earnings report should get interesting.

If they aren’t bought by then

Do you think they will announce the uplisting soon?

I’m hoping they will be very strategic about this. So many PRs that can drive this - uplisting, Paso Robles permit, and just the day to day operational stuff like clone sales lined up, distribution agreements they are fulfilling, etc.

Someone posted a chart that indicates this could have a sustained run of a couple weeks. If they wait til it starts to stall then announce the uplisting, that drives it over that stall point, and if it is still on the rise when the Jan. 18 news hits, then it gets another boost from an already great launching point. Then a couple weeks later they tweet some clone sales, etc. Real potential here all based on timing before we even get to the “real” stuff like quarterly earnings reports.

And the uplisting may bring in the institutional investors/big money. We’ve been averaging 1.3 million in volume lately, with yesterday being relatively huge with just under 4 million shares traded. Back in our May ‘18 run we were in the tens of millions. Uplisting may bring that again, so I assume they’ll time it to coincide with the Paso Robles news - so really any time within the next 2 weeks.

Finally got my funds available from TDAmeritrade. Watched it in the teens and finally bought in at .036.

I know it’s painful to see those teens disappear, but it will still pay off well.
When my son first got his shares before they were a cannabis company, I told my wife we should throw $500-1,000 at it - and it was in the 00s at that time - maybe even 000s. Talk about kicking myself in the arse for not buying then...

You might be in luck Danny - someone dumping shares already and taking 032s when the ask is at 037.

NXTTF has had a hell of a run up these last few days. I wonder what's going on.

If it gets back to $2, I'm either out immediately or may wait to see if I can actually see some kind of return.

The class action stuff killed the stock along with people just selling off at a loss for EOY. I do think it will at least get back to $2, but I have lost all faith in that stock.

I hope your right, I got in at a $1.80, figured I would ride it all the way down or maybe get lucky and hope it came back. If it gets to $2, I'm out.

On a side note, my average cost for LVVV is .026

Do you think with all the news the last couple days we could get up to $1 this year?

I think it's possible, and others have done it purely on speculation. I think it will be more dependent on revenue rather than speculation though. And that depends a lot on how quickly they get Paso Robles operational. The pod at Coachella should produce at least enough revenue that money won't be holding them back on outfitting the Paso Robles buildings (over 20,000 sq. ft. combined, with I think another 25,000 sq. ft. available to them). Once they get the minor use permit on Jan. 18., they still have to get the state cultivation license for that location as well, so that could take weeks or could take months. Hopefully they'll have it by the time the buildings are ready for plants. That location can pump out some serious revenue.

Likewise, they had a press release back in March '18 about a purchase order for 4 greenhouses for Coachella, which were supposed to be up by Q2 of last year. I haven't heard any updates about those greenhouses, but presumably they fall under the state license for the Coachella venture too (not just the pods). If they had put that on the back burner, since they got that license before Paso Robles I'd assume they make that a priority now.

They've also applied for permits at 1 or 2 other locations as well (PR said 2 other locations, but I don't know if that included Paso Robles). If by Q3 we have all of that square footage filled with plants, along with the pod(s) and 4 greenhouses at Coachella, and have some good distribution deals going, they should be cranking out some serious revenue. That could very well be enough to drive us over the dollar mark.

The gameplan is solid and the pieces are all falling into place - it just depends on how well the guys in charge execute the gameplan.

Happy to do it and I hope it pays off for all of us. I literally have nothing better to do all day. I follow every piece of info I can find on this stock. My wife says I’m obsessed with it.
