I have no idea what to make of the author. Thankfully I got in at 1.70 so may as well stick around

Yea my avg. is a little under $2 / share so I think even if the whole thing is a fraud it will spike at least once more and I should break even or turn a profit.
ETA: If it does turn out to be fraud, I may be giving those lawyers a call. It would only be a few grand to recover but I am not in the business to lose money.
On a separate note, I just got approved to trade options.

I doubt the whole deal is a fraud considering they did receive a license.
Likely similar to the Tesla deal where Elon was pumping up shite on Twitter affecting the pricing
There is a lot more positive news around this stock than negative. Additionally the stock didn’t take a hit today. Potentially was built in and why we didn’t see a strong rise on the recent positive news

Before the posts today, I was ready to buy another 500+ shares. Now, I may wait or invest more in others. LVVV killed it for me today though.

So apparently the law firm "investigating" Namaste is known as the ambulance chaser of securities law. It seems like they're simply asking people to talk to them at this point.
I'm skeptical about it all, because the law firm seems to be basing this on the Andrew Left article. He is a known bull shite short-seller that manipulates stock prices with his stories. So the firm gets enough people together and comes up with a claim, then files a class action. Then the stock price drops. Fits perfectly with the Left MO.
The Left article itself is pretty meh. draws a lot of questionable conclusions without much else.

That's why I stated earlier if it was any credible person that made these claims, I'd probably be out and just take the loss and move on. I definitely think Left has some play here were he is trying to make a quick buck again. I don't like that these accusations came out right before Canada legalization but unless the stock REALLY tanks, I am holding. Q1 2019 should be all smiles for my little weed stocks.

Are you day trading?

Negative but I am up 30% after today. LVVV I don’t plan on selling any unless it hits $5

10-4. Worst part of article is it says he’s only talking about 2 acts of fraud (tenuous at best) but that he has more to come. He’s a real piece of shite.

Someone let me know where this dude lives. He’s costing me a lot of money

Financial Report.com
Read some of his stuff across the board about weed stocks and he pretty much shite on a lot of them all while trying to create a cannabis hedge fund. He is doing exactly what he is shitting on Namaste and manipulating the market to either buy the stocks his hedge fund supports or to buy in cheap on the stocks he wants.
Namaste is the largest e-commerce site for this space and he is invested in Shopify which is trying to create it's own niche online for cannabis.

Why am I not able to by Livewire on Robinhood?
Posted on 10/5/18 at 8:26 am to rowbear1922
Yep. Yahoo conversation people are encouraging everyone to file complaints against him with the Canadian securities people - iroc, I believe.

I use fidelity but I know you can also get it on etrade. I'm not sure about the new chase but they have free trades if so.
