Don’t rush Da Vinci - the Mona Lisa will be done soon enough

How does repeatedly missing filing deadlines affect the uplisting that you can’t get due to shitty financial reporting?

1). Doesn’t matter - I am sure Jimmy Connors did due diligence. That should be good enough
2). They are doing it right and using good people.... obviously.
Otherwise - they need to comply with a recognized reporting standard - which being late they are not.... but they can’t get an audit done anyways..... so it is all moot.
But man on the operation side .... you know except for revenue and stuff they are amazing!

Bought MJ as IPO in the mid thirties. I’ve been swimming in it ever sense. I knew it would be a long term ETF but it rarely shows signs of life. I’m in to deep now. I’m sticking with it. Hopefully, we legalize it. If not, I’ll have to rely on the medical dispensaries to be corporate conscious.

Unlike someone I can admit when I am dead wrong.... I assumed even the LVVV retards could manage to file a delinquent Q within the extension period given they just cut and paste and make shite up.
But don't worry about this or the fact they basically have no sales - they clearly can execute in spite of themselves.

Bill will post a picture of himself, shirtless, sitting on a horse and smoking a J
Stock will skyrocket to .02
Dad gonna come in here and roast your arse on the back of the 100% gainz you could have had

It does take a special level of gall to tell people on 9/10/18 when the stock is at .0352 that "Livewire is such a bargain right now....Hold your shares long term... a simple tweet of certain news will double the share price in a day..... Don’t be tempted - hold long. I’ve seen one projection of over $2/share a year from now...… I just personally think they are going to explode because they are making all the right moves."... then argue that you nailed it and provided people the opportunity to flip for profit. Those following this genius are only down 66% and he brags on it. It is hysterical.
He will never man up and 'take his lumps'. But that is not surprising.
But cant forget my favorite: "I do, however, think it will at least hit several dollars in the next year or two."
A multi billion stock ladies and gentlemen! People wonder why this is so fun to follow - not too often you have people say such ridiculously stupid things in a public environment... it is like watching a train wreck being narrated by the conductor as he says it is all part of the master plan.

He’s got one more year baw
The company will succeed, in spite of Bill, who came up with the “new” business, all of the plans, all of the moves that have been made, all of the hires, etc

And that is the beauty of the argument.
The thought that an idiot can wake up, with a shell with no capital and figure out all he has to do is hire a horticulturist who was failing with his own clone shop and get a few licenses and magically will be spitting out millions in revenue a month...
And people believe that! I mean seriously, why don't the longs just go and do it themselves if it is that easy? A few page application, a few thousand a month in rent, a failed horticulturist... boom billion dollar business. It is really that easy - no way else figured it out.
But the guy who did figure it out, figured it out in spite of himself.... this is such a classic.
In 20 plus years of being in the microcap space, I have seen more than enough people get duped... most were burned by their own greed. But the passion and depth of Dad in this thread in what makes this scam so special... and he keeps doubling down his logic to try to not look like a complete fool - thus confirming it... it is truly magical.
Now... if the government shut down would stop blocking the uplift, we could really get this fire going!

what is everyone's thoughts on medmen? my wife's architecture firm does work for them but they seem shady from my research. they're definitely expanding though.
I have the same feel as you do on the shady side. A lot of cash infusions though - I worry they are paying the premium to acquire distribution.... interesting play but not for me.

And at the end of the next month it hit the high .06 range.
Case closed.

When you enter a weed stock thread and name a stock that nearly doubles the following month, then you can talk shite.
Until then, you’re nothing but hot air.

When it hit the teens in December, I likewise told people to buy - and it hit .0375 a month later in January.
For the genius that you obviously think you are in the microcap world, I’m going to let you know an apparently little known secret....stocks fluctuate.

bullshite. Everyone has their own free will and their own investment goals. If you wanted short term gains, you cash out when it has gains of 50% or more.
If you want long term gains, then shut the frick up until long term gets here. You can’t bitch that you haven’t received long term gains before the long term. That would be called short term, and the short term gains happened.
And for anyone that wants to whine about my end of summer timeline, I clearly stated that I based that being contingent on certain things happening - particularly the state cultivation license for Paso Robles. That hasn’t happened yet, but it will. That’s why I’m long and not worried about short term fluctuations.
Personally, I didn’t cash out a single penny because I know what’s coming long term.
