It appears you have your mind made up and are very defensive.

You don't like what they said and are getting very defensive instead of exploring the actual investment opportunity on its merits and feedback from others.
That guy's main gripes were product differentiation and supply chain issues. And he didnt like the name. I like the name. To each his own

Examples of defensive responses versus actual constructive dialog.

Wow, just imagine if Body Armour thought the same thing when they started out.

You went through all of that instead of providing any actual reasoning for it being a potential successful investment opportunity other than your friend's work ethic and previous experience bringing companies public.
I also don't understand the strategy/goal. You mention bringing the company public and then said the goal is for a big player to buy the company. Are you saying the goal is to bring it public first and then have a larger company buy it after it is public or for them to buy it prior to an IPO?

Oh and anyone can invest now, there’s a tab on their website. So it doesn’t seem like some special “in”
Did I say there was?
You sort of implied that there was when you said
quote:
I have an opportunity to invest in this company before it goes public.
And by giving the spiel about your friend taking them public.
quote:
I have a friend who takes small businesses public on the stock exchanges, primarily on the NASDAQ and OTC markets. He is currently in the capital infusion stage, raising money before he goes public, for a company named A-game.
Was just pointing out in case you were being led on, everyone has that opportunity...
It’s your money man, you seem set on investing it in A Game. Good luck
