The chart posted above shows they were raising rates gradually from 2016-19 and the economy was still doing well. Yes, the rates were still extremely low at ~2.5%-ish but it was an improvement on the free money since 2008.

But of course, Covid comes along and we decide to nosedive the plane into the ground.

Looking back on it that whole Covid response created a monster. Shutting everything down, stimulus checks, unemployment benefits etc...Hind sight but dang bad decision after decision on that one including fed not raising the rates when the money was flowing.

dropping rates to 0 in March 2020 was a bigger handout than any of that.

White-collar homeowners got to refinance and renovate while also making more money than ever since they can work from home. The first noticeable supply chain issues were all building materials and finished home goods.

By design.
All part of the plan to start implementing the Great Reset.

This is the biggest issue. All you have to do is look at the number of $70k plus vehicles driving around.

Folks left the Jones' in the dust a long time ago.

Not a bad decision.

It was done on purpose to centralize power and shift wealth from the working class to the elites.

It worked.

And it will work again now that the elections are controlled.
