Do you not understand cash influx from rental property income and sale?

Just like you being on the retirement horizon that you didn't mention in the OP I don't know about your rental property income because you didn't mention it dickhead.

You're being awfully aggressive for starting such a poorly thought out thread.

Here is an idea on how to not start shitty threads: include all of those details in the OP so you don't have to explain your stupidity to everyone throughout the thread.

So you sold a rental property and you're bragging that you missed out on a potential 50% return in that cash

Sorry if I don't find that to be inspirational

There is being conservative and then there is being foolish

Ok, so taking into consideration rental income and property value gain minus realtor fees, interest, insurance, property taxes, and repairs, what did you net on your investment over the last few years?

Okay narcissist, no, I did not brag about anything. I answered a question and you're being a glib little bitch as usual.

No again, much of that cash went month to month into Walmart stock, crypto, and income funds that pay a monthly dividend. Some sat in cash earning conservative rates.

Now what?

I mean you're just making up the details as you go

Why not mention that in the OP and avoid confusion

Four years? The S&P is up about 90% over that period.

How many hours of work would you say you’ve put in over the last four years? From showing the property, making repairs, cleaning for renters/sale, etc.
