I don't either- but if you make a direct deposit and pay your bills online, receive an E statement I think that is all you have to do-

Neighbors is dropping the rate to 3.5% and the max down to 10k effective March 1.

Says u need to make check card purchases. I don't own a debit card or a check book. I pay everything online or via my credit card. I guess I will keep looking.

That is still a very good rate. However, the $10K max makes it kind of useless.

Buy real estate outside of the country. I recently invested about 100k for 3.5 acres of land.

Tell me more. I am just concerned about the check card purchases. Currently, I don't do online bill pay. I go directly to the companies site and pay there. I mostly pay cash for everything or credit card. Just wondering if it is worth the headaches for 5%.

Do you own your own home ? If so you may want to investigate solar roof panels. 37K is about what you could expect to pay for a 5-6kw system. The govt gives you a 30%income tax credit, you will knock down your utility bills and earn credits by selling renewable energy.. You can expect a 10-12% return on your investment and that number will increase as energy costs rise.

thats Bull..yuur numbers off ...even with the 30%, its 7-12 years till break even...I'll pass

It is a 7-8yr payback, you are right. But
finance it and you positive cash flow on day 1 and still have your 37K. Plus you have increased the value of your home.
