Maybe if you can't get posting on the money board vs. the OT straight, sinking your cash into a startup just isn't for you.

Is your inventory perishable?

Can you sit some of your inventory on the shelf on a “consignment” basis?

Do your customers pay at the point of sale or is there a lengthy po and invoicing process that requires you to float cash?

If you are on this board asking this question, I don’t see it happening.

Half of the business would be a wrecker service, and I would wholesale cars using the dealer license, mechanics and wreckers. Already have the wreckers, lifts and TDLR license. Mechanic and wrecker driver works on the auction cars in their downtime.
