But there is one constant. Fort Bend County Assessment District says you're up 10%. "Market value is not indicative of assessed value." FOAD, FBCAD.

Agree with your assessment. Our area on the NC coast will be revaluated this year, and it will be interesting to see if it stays relatively level or we have a modest increase. I would be surprised if we see a significant increase like the one seen in the 2022 post-COVID assessment.

Not here. Or the other place I own a house. Of course if you are cobbled in with the masses in Houston or similar places then your results may vary.

Good luck with lower valuations lowering your property tax.

Nashville says hello. Blew ours up bigtime this year despite soft market and the fact they have increased substantially twice in the last 5 years. Good luck
