I see. Are you out on Christmas break? When does school start back?
...I have no idea why you'd admit this.

citizens had a 1/1 rate increase of like 70%. Good luck.

Exactly my point and anticipated outcome. You’ve known posted three additional meaningless posts just for a red checkmark. Thanks for proving my point.

Well I'm not done so stay on that downvoter, cowboy. L O L !
Next, I'm going to explain just how much of a shame it is that you're in here getting roasted when you had no reason whatsoever to ever enter the thread in the first place.
*give me some time to type cause I cut my damn thumb earlier.

In my original post, I had no intention of saying which company I was with or even so much as the gender of the rep we were speaking to. So I used THEY instead of Safeco and she. And then you all took my discretion as blasting all insurance agents.
And when I said I'd cuss any company who claimed lumber prices were the reason for the hike, that really sent you all over the edge. EVEN THOUGH YOU AGREE ITS NOT LUMBER!
So I didnt have an issue with any of you, but you misunderstood my OP and ran with it. And then got even more pissed when I responded to your unnecessary douchery.
And now poor im4datigers is getting roasted for being an adult who has spent the last 24 hours downvoting his arch nemesis on the internet. Haha!!

Dude you’re the only person roasting me in here. Seems like the majority of people are roasting you. I see math isn’t your stronghold but that’s ok.

Now tiger...a downvote isn't a roast. Do I need to explain further?

I don't want to be too specific. I've got a little group of simple-minded stalkers in this thread that are just beside themselves right now. Would "the middle" suffice?

I was asking bc replacement value on your home is also determined on the value of homes and new builds in the immediate area. I'm on the Northshore in a very convenient location that people are spending way to much to move into. The price to build new in this area is insane. It doesn't matter that lumber pricing is going down bc labor pricing is going up. Also, location matters as I live north of I-12 so I know for a fact that if I lived south of that it would be double.
My final thought on this thread; most people on the MB are here for decent non OT discussions/responses and some of your responses have been overly OT in nature. We can all agree having to over pay for home insurance sucks and insurance companies have us by the balls. Good luck with figuring your situation out.

I see now that you people expect to be politely derogatory without getting an openly derogatory response. That is a mistake.
