its not being lazy its just the fact that FHA loans are not as attractive as they used to be. when you figure in the monlthly PMI payment into a 3.25% rate the true rate on that loan is 4% or higher..

That's what I'm getting at. I wonder how long it will take the brokers to deviate from FHA as their lead card.
Some of the quotes I got on rates were tremendous but just the closing costs and fees (no documented points but I know that shite was fluffed) were double the loan we will close on.
Shame on the borrower if they don't do their HW I guess.
