Hopefully the stimulus and Reddit peeps keep pushing this thing. I’ve got my exit point figured out. Been a fun ride, but I’m ready to jump ship.

I believe this a is a squeeze, however this is a good long-term hold as well. No reason this doesn't hit $50 over the next few months IMHO.

How, unless its by artificial manipulation from the retail traders on Reddit?

Looks like its previous high was in 2014 was $32.

No doubt there is pent up demand to return to movie theaters, but why would you think it would nearly double its previous high? I’d think we’d see it back in the 30s at some point.

Genuinely curious.

One reason other than the fact you pointed out about the general consensus of the population wanting to get out and start living again is I believe AMC is going to come out as the front-runner and possibly one of the last major movie companies when its all said and done.

Take this with a grain of salt this is just my opinion and thoughts.

You know we can tell how many shares are shorted, right?

Right now, unless I'm reading the data wrong, it's about 18% short, down from around 30% last week. This is not a short squeeze.

Just sold all my shares at $13.50 and made a decent profit

Inevitably it’ll hit $20 by the end of the week

Probably meant it as in he has a history of selling stock before it runs up

Hey the important thing is you came out in the green. But I think you assumption it will hit the $20 mark by or before the end of the week is correct. I won't even start setting stop losses until it goes past the $20 mark. But that is just me.

My average share price is $11. I help firm when it dropped into the $5 range now I'm sitting on a nice profit and a %10 trailing stop order.
I'm going to let it run but am playing with house money from here on out.

No concern with rising rates taking a toll on the Nasdaq later this year?

Other than the fact that $50/shr would give it an enterprise value 7.5x higher than it was worth pre-pandemic, sure.

I'm almost certain that you and Slackter shorted AMC, and are underwater.....BIGTIME. Only explanation for y'all coming back to this thread, week after week, slinging shite.

If not, we get it. Y'all don't like this stock. No need to keep repeating yourself, over and over, trying to convince people it's shite, all the while, the stock keeps going up.
