I've been enjoying the rise in this stock.
I have not enjoyed watching both sides in here move goal posts constantly.

BTW I'm up in the 6 digit range, what about you?
I’m not.
Serious question- do you plan to sell in chunks, all at once, etc? I’m always fascinated by the thought process in these situations. Obviously I’m not long, so I struggle to envision think the same way as someone who is.

I'd do what I do in blackjack...when I've played for a while and I'm up I pull back my original bet. And as I keep winning I pull back and put in my pocket more and more. Those chips never come back out.

Serious answer: It's a very dynamic situation. I have multiple scenarios and will adjust fire as needed.

History of these plays suggests most aren’t as disciplined. Many make money on their original investment, but the buying on the way up and/or trying to catch a bounce often cuts into those original profits.

I'm on record with my thoughts of you as a liar and only capable of regurgitating (poorly, at that) what you read on reddit.
Earlier in this thread someone had to explain to him what PT means in regards to trading

Any trailing stops or what not? Given the volatility I’d hope people aren’t expecting a slow and steady exit if/when it begins.

I think you have me confused with someone else.
Earlier in this thread greygoose said the market was closed on 6/1.

I was talking about greygoose, not you. He's a highly experienced trader parroting reddit talking points which are full of misinformation while having no idea what a price target is.

Check out the June 18th $73 calls.
I'll have to go back and find it, but I pointed out the June 18th $40 calls last week, or so, and received some ridicule. Hmmmm......
You caught flak because you don’t provide any actual context. You don’t know who owns the calls either. You just drop the open interest information.

Ah, that makes sense. There are dozens of those examples in this thread. Which is why I cautioned that people should not be taking their investment advice from him. QWH was awesome. I'm going to use the acronym from now on.

How's your $7.50 puts doing? Bought any more?

quote:You are missing the point, dullard. Grab a dictionary and look up "sentiment". There is a market for those calls, regardless of who is buying. Just one piece of a very large puzzle. You keep harping on the massive volume, but totally discard the notion of massive synthetic shares being traded. Assume they don't exist, how in the Hell is every outstanding share being traded multiple days in a row? Everyone is a day trader? No one is holding?

I'm starting to get nervous. I've been buying on the way up, average cost now at $15, with 200 shares. Up over $5k, which is pretty significant for me.
