, I’ve been posting the same stuff when it was $9. Let’s not act like I’ve changed my tune all of a sudden.

There aren’t enough shorts to actually pull that off. Maybe 33% of shares will be sold into an actual squeeze. The majority of retail investors are going to have to sell to other retail investors if they want to actually lock in profits. That’s a cold hard fact, and I’m sorry that it seems to piss some of you off when I point it out.

If you were giving meaningful analysis of how and when to make those calls you wouldnt be catching comments

Unfortunately, whether you are aware of it or not you are coming off as smug and thinking you are smarter than everyone in the room when most of us have cleared 5 figures on this. We are all thinking about where to be out, but the guy that made nothing yelling into the ether that people aren’t going to maximize profits just comes across as a parody with you absolutely having minimized your own outcome.

@slackster, I tell you what you post your single best stock gains ever and we can compare gains. Just say when and ill be glad to reveal my gains as it stands with AMC.

I’ve mentioned on here a handful of times that I don’t typically buy individual stocks. I’ve got some AMZN that’s done alright for the past decade, but otherwise my investments are boring ETFs. My portfolio overall tends to do pretty well though, which is all that matters to me.

$AMC is launching "AMC Investor Connect," a shareholder rewards program for retail traders.

• Free large popcorn
• Invitations to special screenings
• Direct communication with AMC CEO

Hmmm,so you come on here and give all this free advice but don't buy stocks... you play it safe (which is fine) but are critical of others using your vast knowledge and experience of not investing in stocks. I do agree, you are consistent. Yeah, everyone needs to listen to your advice.

Literally just pointing it out pisses many of you off, so I highly doubt that.

A) most of “you” haven’t cleared 5 figures

B) read my actual posts about AMC “advice.” Just because I think greygoose is wrong/misleading about 95% of the shite he says - which I still absolutely believe - doesn’t mean that I want people to lose money. The vast majority of my critical posts have been to correct what he spews as facts.

Something to keep in mind, and I hope we don't see it, but I kinda expect it is, there is usually a BIG dip right before going straight up in regards to a squeeze.

Volkswagen did it back in 2008, and so did GME back in January. Huge selloff, followed by a massive bounce. That dip is where you run off a lot of weak hands, and test that testicular fortitude.

Well its good to see you're finally admitting that you cannot use traditional fundamentals for this stock.

Wow.... now you are an expert in what most of us have cleared?? Damn!! You are an arrogant arse aren't you. So "us" peasants should listen up to you because we aren't clearing 5 Figures??? You might want to step away from the grown up table before someone really embarrasses you.

I lost a few hundred on some calls that expired a month or so ago. If/when it dips I plan on throwing a few hundred at it again in calls. Risk is worth the reward.

I rarely, if ever, give advice here on a specific stock.

However, everyone needs to know the full story. Many of the “due diligence” done around here is as one sided as it gets.

Take greygoose, for example. The majority of his posts are factually incorrect and/or incredibly misleading, but the stock has gone up for a week and a half now. For people following his comments, that’s an important distinction to make. We all know this stock will violently unwind just as it’s violently appreciated, so being as educated as possible about what’s going on is important.

His comments about this shareholder vote are a great example - Friday was the last day to buy the stock and be a shareholder of record by June 2nd, for starters. The vote results will not be shared for a long time, but he’s pegged 6/2 as this do or die date. It’s important to note that misleading information he’s sharing is being shared by many, so many longs are going to be confused when the facts work out differently.

Copy that, so you're not willing to compare best gains. I can tell you I am deep in the 5 figure gains with AMC and very close to the six figure range.

You're starting to embarass yourself, you may want to sit quietly and watch.

, it’s facts based on AMC’s own numbers. The average retail position isn’t large enough to clear 5 figures, hence the collective “you” and not the specific poster.

On top of that, most haven’t cleared anything unless they sell - an action for which they’re chastised. Note that I will never criticize someone who actually clears 5 figures.

I don’t see the point of comparing individual holdings. Not sure what it’s supposed to prove. Would a $100 in dogecoin bought at the beginning of the year all of a sudden make someone more respectable because it’s done better than AMC?

That’s legitimately awesome. I hope you continue to do very well. I’ve said that many, many times in this thread.

I don't know if anyone else has looked at this, but the Frankfurt Exchange price and the NYSE is within a few cents of each other, at the same time. Looks like some big boys are doing work in the premarket. 8:30am should be interesting, so say the least.

Yeah Adam Aron is my hero. Dude had played this so incredibly well. There is only so much you can say in situations like this due to SEC regulations and whatnot, but he’s tiptoed around this masterfully.
