Let's all be glad that we didn't take a cue from Chitstain, and buy $7.50 puts!

And then there's this gem from April when it was in the $9's:

quote:

Brother, this stock isn’t going anywhere but down. You’ve got to start planning your exit. The product they offer is something people can do in their own homes. Movie buffs will still go to the theaters, but AMC and movie chains don’t have exclusive rights to big picture releases anymore.

Your expectations for what this stock is going to do is based on hopes and prayers at this point.

All of this is brokerages, correct? Isn’t it rare for retail to have after hours access?

I can trade premarket and AH till close. That being said, those times are for sharks. Gotta be really careful, easy to get burned.

So I’ve got 2 $29 ITM call options of AMC right now. Price is at $38 a share after hours. So if my math/understanding is correct...

2 options = 200 shares @ $29
38-29 = $9
$9x200= $1800 This correct?

Exercise and buymy call option at $29 if it keeps going up?

Obviously I’m new to all of this

I can tell you what it means, we are going to see $200+ this week. There is blood in the water, and the sharks are circling. Citadel is about to get a call from Marge!

Beleive me or not, but I said we'd see $40 today, missed it by $1. Tomorrow is going to be off the chain! Premarket is going to be lit like the 4th of July.

What date? No point in exercising right now. You’ll lose money like that. You either hold the calls for now or sell them and take your profits. Exercising will lose you money, as that call option has a significant value of IV

Here's the real question: You want a little bit of money now, or a lot of money later?

Haha a lot of money. I just don’t want to put myself in a bad spot. I jumped the gun on buy calls. Not nearly knowledgeable on these.

No, I get it. That's no small amount of money, but since they don't expire until next Friday, I'd let it ride till then. Worst case scenario is, you'd lose whatever profit you've made so far plus the little bit you have in the cost of the calls.

I’m seeing 37.69 but my internet where I landed seems slow. What’s the final number including AH today?

Regardless, great call and great day!
