Does anyone have any dealings with them? Seems fairly priced. We already use them for payroll so it should be streamlined. They also offer Vanguard funds which I was pleased to see.

Just checking for pros/cons

We use them. Cheap and easy from an employer standpoint.
From an employee standpoint I find it highly underwhelming. Reporting is terrible and investment buckets are very broad. It’s great for a small business who wants to offer a 401k but is being cost conscious. However at a certain income/headcount level I’d go with a fidelity or Schwab.

You talking about guideline 401k? Yeah it’s pretty easy and funds everyone knows. Like 0.15-0.25 AUM

Gusto absorbed Guideline. They are one and the same now.

If you want user friendly and great tech, look at Vestwell.

Came here to post this. It is very user friendly and has a slick dashboard. Good investment options (low cost index funds). Fairly priced.

I’m a small business owner (14 employees) and use them. It integrates directly with payroll, which is super nice. I have only been with them for 6 months but so far so good.

Perfect I’ll check them out too. Just looked into gusto from payroll and emails they send. Regardless I’m not looking for anything fancy. Most other accounts I have are vanguard and fidelity for HSA. So I figured for simplicity and funds I’m already invested in other accounts it’s worth it. More of a low cost index fund guy myself. I’ll check into vestwell and fidelity for cost difference and what other funds they offer that may be of interest to employees as well.
