I really think they will be focusing on crypto. They’d love to make some examples out of crypto to call for more regulation. And because there is a ton of money being made in crypto, so they want theirs (or what they have decided is theirs).

Also why is Game Coin organized as an LLC with Mahler as the sole member and manager? Shouldn’t it be organized as a non-profit corporation with an elected board and corporate officers? Unless it was never really about charity and it’s just a money making/scamming venture.

Man, this is a slippery slope for mascona. Yes, they’re paying him for advertising but this is something that will/has cost a lot of his listeners money. He was pimping dollar cost averages on one of his shows last week. A lot of people want to get into crypto and probably trust him, only to get burned.
