Does anyone have any experience investing Fundrise or similar platforms?
Essentially you are investing in Real Estate via crowdsourcing which is an interesting idea to me. I'm intrigued by Real Estate but given my current position in life I don't want to sink all of my $$ into the space.

Did a quick search for Fundrise and it doesn't seem like there has been any discussions since 2018.

I got a great guy named Carlos who’s in the crypto space, which has better yields, I can hook you up.

I have a little money with them. Its very meh, but the returns are around 8% It is hard to cash out and might take up to 6 months before you can cash out.

What do you mean by "meh"? 8% returns - which is the low end of what they advertise [8.7-12.4%] - sounds pretty amazing to me.
Anyone else have experience with this app? Debating whether to put some money here or just stick with a REIT.

I am currently invested in their “income” portfolio. I have about $1200 with them to test the waters. Been invested since July.
