Fidelity customers - Free TurboTax Premiere 2019

FYI, Fidelity offers some customers free TurboTax Premiere each year. It just started showing up for people today.
To see if you got it, log into Fido and make sure you are on the main summary screen for All Accounts. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you would see the free TurboTax offer there.
No one is certain what the criteria is. I've gotten it the past 3 years. There are numerous threads on Bogleheads about it but nothing concrete. It seems most people that get it are part of the Private Client Group but not everyone. I am not part of that group but have Active Trader status. I only average a couple buy/sell transactions a month so not sure why I have that designation.
If you have a status and/or assigned rep, you will see it in the top right of the summary page.

My wife's 403b is with Fidelity. I am not seeing it anywhere on her summary page, nor anywhere else.

We changed our 401k from T Rowe Price to Fidelity. A week later and I still can’t see my balance at Fidelity nor can they tell me when I will be able to see it. Shitshow
