For those of you that have to track your business expenses. What app are y’all using? Trying to find something where I can take a pic of the receipt and catalog what it is for then see monthly and also yearly trends.

Concur is an 800lb gorilla. But it will do everything you could ever need and a whole lot more.

I use Quickbooks. I link all business bank accounts and business credit card account. It tracks and the charges can be categorized. Then it learns your spending patterns and automatically categorizes them, then you approve them.

I don't spend time every day entering receipts in a spreadsheet. I don't want employees wasting their time on it either. I was concerned I needed to and spoke with my accountant. He told me the credit card statements are sufficient. My business AMEX categorizes the expenses as well.
