2 of my clients received funds Wednesday & Thursday. One for $60k and the other for $250k. Both had been working with their banks (small local banks) prior to 3/30 so that their applications would be sent immediately. 14 other clients applied for EIDL and are still in limbo

on 4-14 I received an email to "Create your SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan Portal Account" I answered a few questions to confirm my identity, answered how much I wanted from how much I was eligible for, and the third button was to sign papers, but wouldn't let me proceed, and now has a processing status.

Did you get an advance?
I thought we would get that email by now since our advance was deposited early this week. Still haven't seen anything

Credit pull only. No grant and no other communication from SBA.

So this thread made me even more curious so I called the SBA COVID line :(800) 659-2955
I got an immediate answer from an english speaking human
He informed me that, while their system to look up application #'s had crashed again, most people that received the advance have NOT received "the" email yet. He also said that if you got the advance, that is very good news since someone had actually looked at and approved your application, it just may take "some time" to get your email to you to finish the application process.
So, if you got an advance, you are in a small minority of applications. If you got both an advance and an email you are in an even smaller group.

I applied on 3/30 - short form. Application #33xx162xxx. Had a credit pull on 4/15 but no deposit or advance yet.

Bank was reviewing my PPP and as suppose to have approval/denial in 48-72 hours when funding dried up. No communication or guidance since.

I'd bet you have an advance by Monday on the EIDL if your credit pull was from SBA

SBA is unable to accept new applications at this time for the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL)-COVID-19 related assistance program (including EIDL Advances) based on available appropriations funding.

This really shouldn’t matter as the EIDL is a loan with a max of 10k grant. The rest needs to be paid back, unlike the PPP (if your expenses qualify).

Did you check the box on the app that you wanted the advance? Probably a dumb question, but thought I'd ask anyway

SBA just pulled my credit. I’m a sole member LLC landlord who applied for EIDL on 3/30. I put 0 for employees.
