Not only is this bs new variant not more dangerous than others, it’s symptoms have been milder than most and it sets the world into a total panic. Ridiculous

Dow Down 600+, sp down 65 now because Moderna ceo said they expect their vaccine to be less effective against omnicron.

No mention of whether or not the variant is bad enough to need a vaccine of course. When's the data gonna come through for that? That's the last thing pharm and journalists will worry about I guess. Gonna be an interesting month for the market.

Looking at another 2%-3% down day tomorrow probably. Hope people didn't chase hard today. Can't underestimate the slow moving fear train.

Meh....only down 300 now. Most feedback on Omicron so far says symptoms are very mild. Buy buy buy!!

I get volatility, it's just that the day went from pretty much flat to down 500 points in about 15 minutes.

Apparently it's being driven by Powell and Yellen's comments.

Fed warned they may be raising rates sooner than later. Boom bottom falls out. Imagine when they finally raise rates Who's buying?
