Shares are down 56% in the last 12 months, while the S&P 500 has gained 14%.
Am I reading that wrong or are their "profits" last quarter from selling off their assets?

sounds like it to me. if you take out one time gains I wonder how they did. and they didn't blow revenue put it was a little better than everyone thought

I had a limit buy in and cancelled it a couple days ago.

Have incredible assets in several basins but are up to their necks in debt. Asset sales can’t even fix their balance sheet. However as long as prices keeps running and don’t crash again they will continue to chug along.
