IDK what Just happened, but in pre-market, SLI just jumped down -20%

I think its the class action filed from that orka BS. I'm buying a bunch if it gets in the 5s today.

That's a lot to read. What is Hindenburg Research? Are they legit?
Posted on 2/3/22 at 7:50 am to kengel2
Hold off to the $4s. It’ll get to the $4s today.

I still trust Koch over this attack on Mintak.
I'm loading up for some trades.

Yea, Koch just dropped 100mill. No way they didn't do their DD on that kind of investment.
Posted on 2/3/22 at 7:56 am to ThermoDynamicTiger
Their reasoning on the Koch purchase is “we think they missed red flags”. That’s bullshite. You don’t drop 100mm without doing DD

I will say this Hindenburg piece is much better put together than the Blue Orca piece and may have a more lasting impact on the stock price. It does paint a pretty damning picture of Mintak's past.
But, at the end of the day, it's still possible that Mintak's past dealings all were failures but SLI could be a huge success. I just don't see how Koch invested $100M into a scam. No way. Might get my chance to reload in the $3's...

Reading through this thing...seems more like a hit piece / character assassination of the people associated with the company than an attack on the company itself.
Posted on 2/3/22 at 8:08 am to ThermoDynamicTiger
Insane to see more than a million shares traded pre market.
I still wonder though, if this was a scam, why didn't Mintak and others sell last year when this was above $10? I'll be curious to see what the company responds with to this hit piece...

The patents being rejected is a big deal if true..........
But i did see some bullshite in there :
. "It´s probably economic but I wouldn’t call it ideal…It´s more intensive with respect to labor, equipment and upkeep.”
its a continuous process that has a direct feed, the laborvery small, 5 people can run the plant i would imagine.
They also bring back up Blue Orcha's BS on the lack of product from the test plant, which was already squashed.

Can't that be confirmed if the patents were rejected?
Posted on 2/3/22 at 8:35 am to GREENHEAD22
Can we get the la tech baws to confirm this isn’t a scam or has mintak brainwashed them
Posted on 2/3/22 at 8:41 am to el Gaucho
Fighting back, but may be a bunch of folks that haven't read the article or others that are gonna shove this up Hindenberg's arse. May get a short squeezed. That's a lot of dirt that has to be examined.
