Lunch time dip: on time.
Consistency is good, right?

Falling a lot harder than I expected even with the report. Need to bottom soon.

Can I have it? Might need to eat that for supper after today's losses (on paper).

Okay so I'm looking at the short companies DD
I can't get a link to work but if you Google "Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission" and go to the "lithium" tab at the bottom, it's in statistical data for 2021.
Everything mentioned in the short video is technically true. However, I'm not sure if you can claim the same conclusion they did because it looks like test numbers.
For example:
Q1, Q2, and Q3 extraction numbers respectively
733,854_1,702,835_2,176775 all in gallons of brine processed
8,005_8,866_8983 gallons of lithium chloride processed. They seemed to have a 8000-9000 target for extraction regardless of brine pumped. To me, a very dumb engineer, this seems like they were testing something.
Of this only 5000 gallons were sent for processing and rest was reinjected into the formation. This means the rest of the brine was bad, or that was a test batch for production.
Not saying either way, but I think it's possible, maybe not likely, for both the report to be true and that 90% viable extraction statement to be true as well if the numbers are indicative of specific testing scenarios of the plant.

If we get below support at $7.50, it's going to go to the depths of hell.

Either Mintak needs to be visited, or the Orca clown needs to be visited. Not sure which one yet, but I want knee caps broken.

They are definitely testing a lot of people’s will power today. I really hope the company at least releases a statement or something to stop this madness.

If it goes to the depths of hell, I’ll buy every share I can. I think this info is meaningless without context.
It has certainly worked.

Tough for people to stick their neck out and buy this without management coming out and addressing the accusations one by one.
Still lots of shareholders with cost basis sub $3 who can take profits at these levels and move to less riskier plays.

i sent an email to the investors account. Probably one of many theyll receive today. I just asked when he planned to address this publicly

For what it’s worth I sent an email to Mintak asking about the processed brine numbers and for any other info they can share.
I am fairly confident it is one of a metric shite ton of emails he’s receiving right now so I doubt I’ll get a response, but will report if I do.

I bought some $10 January calls on the cheap. At least I thought they were cheap 15 minutes ago.

I had a stop loss set @ 10.50 after the lack of JV happening. I had to really ask myself about it and came to the conclusion that between no JV talk and the shelf offering, I absolutely had to make the stop loss.
This is pretty shitty...hopefully SLI has some sort of reaction to this, and prospers.

Well I just bought back the other 100 shares I tried to swing after PEA. uh...it was a very successful swing, just not quite what I imagined.
I don't think I've ever had a small cap that didn't have a class action suit for losses; or shorts. But the tiny amount of institutional owners worries me. This thread was a microcosm of sentiment getting very very unrealistic and amateur, so this was like shooting fish in a barrel. We probably wont get a resolution of this report for quite some time if at all.
