3.9 million was traded. The action didn’t move the price though. Could that be an executed share offering right after close? That would explain a little of the price movement toward the end of the day.

They may have closed on offering hoping the PEA would offset any price decline...if that’s what happened.

3 million shares could be dark pools reporting - see this phenomenon in SOFI, GENO etc …..

And then they get reported en masse at end of day. Hence do immediate impact on price and occurrence right at end
