Fundamental question: What are the sales channels used by Standard Lithium for its core product? How do they connect with potential buyers other than hanging their "Open for Business" shingle out on the web? Is there a generally accepted listing of Lithium providers?

It’s a public offering and yes, the vast majority of the time the share price will drop to that level. Especially on OTC. I’ve seen it not happen a few times but those are outliers. I’d bet my investment it touches 1.71 at least once by new year.

now do you see why chasing pennies on this stock is a waste of time?

From my understanding, and based on the press release, Roth Canada, Echelon, and Roth Capital Partners are the "salesmen" for the new shares. They enter into a best efforts agreement to try and sell all 13M shares. They get 7% of gross proceeds plus the option to buy additional shares..... I think.

Weird move. Low volume up 10%. No news.

I almost wonder if people are misreading the 8k like what happened in here and buying up to the “$2.20” offering price.

Not quite low volume for this stock. It's over half of its average and it isn't lunchtime.

It’s a low volume move. It’s very low volume relative to the amount the price has moved.

Listening now
He is bragging on their system after hearing from lac and neo Lithium. Talking about how hard the ponds are an the lack of water in nevada and lack of workers. Gulf coast is close and workers are close. They get chemicals needed from a place in town and parts. Nevada nothing is close to those mines.
Something not said, tesla is moving to TX so that can be something to.
Phase 1 south plant, 60x more production then test facility
Phase 2 west
3 central
Then expansion.
Has lab inside facility to test and adjust machines as needed and only 2 operators always there to monitor.
Sorry did my best can barley keep my eyes open. Couldn't sleep with that SLS tip from Mizzou and it was worth it.

No I asked but the host didn't ask him. Said they were running behind on time and to email him the email address is on the Standard Lithium website. Anyone want to email and ask ?

I did get out of it and was using the money in other stocks. Will jump back in alot on the 18th or 21st. See if it drops or stays.

I have some naked 12/18 puts on LAC @ 10. I may be joining you for awhile. It’s been weak for the past few sessions.

If they have modules ready, they can start shortly after border opens. Phase 2, and 3 will be rapid. Everything set. I've also noticed the Tetra leases are listed as being under Standard Lithium. They are ready to get things ramped up, as is Lanxess. I think they flood the current market with cheap lithium, but still at a nice profit for their low costs extraction and put all these other junior lithium miners on their arse.

Day trade all you want. This is big time and you never know when it's gonna pop. I'm as about as close to this as you can get without being an insider, and they are zero leaks or tip offs before big news drops other than a random price spike 1-3 weeks before. Honestly, I'd love to see some mass panic sell off that bottoms it out. I'll go from .01% ownership of the company to 1% quick like.

Didn’t Lanxess say they weren’t doing shite until they do more research?

Yes, until border opens. Doesn’t stop STLHF from raising capital to move ahead with phase one and get revenue and establish purchase agreements for current and future lithium production.

Actually saves lanxess time by producing real world, commercial level production under their watchful eye at no cost to them. I don’t blame them for not going all in until they can get their chemists and engineers to vet it, refine process if needed and optimize production. The border will open soon. By January-February, lithium prices will rise as economies open back up. I’m kinda glad it’s taken this long. That means the big jump will be around March, that’ll put me at my one year mark for about 70% of my shares.

But you also never know. STLHF is a Canadian company, Lanxess German. Canada’s fight is with trump. Exceptions can be made by Trudeau.
