Not sure why that would trigger 15% loss. Process is proven. A buyout from lanxness sooner vs later reduces the buyout price per share
I’m ok with Standard lithium going this one alone and growing as a stand-alone corporation

a good volume day for this is 300,000
it will take the market months to digest 13MM shares especially at that price, assuming there is a market

Seems to be holding its head fairly well so far this morning.

Thank you. Feel like this one doesn't move on news yet.

So the obvious question buy/hold/sell? And i know answers are opinions. Thanks

my position is tiny...650 shares.
i'll let the guys in big opine on this. i just dont see how they are going to quickly sell 13MM shares at 2.20 unless they already have VC or hedge buyers lined up. they certainly will not be able to sell them retail (which is all of us).
not trying to be a downer here i'm just adding some counter to the guys in here talking about banking their retirement on this

Not banking retirement. Up a few grand right now and usually pull trigger quickly to hold green.
The technology makes sense and is proven which is why it is hard for me to see this faltering forever.

the $2.20 per share is Canadian, translates to ~$1.72 per share USD.

that makes more sense, thanks

So if the stock is currently trading at $1.94 and they open up 13M shares @ $1.72, won't that drop the current trading price down closer to the $1.72 mark?
Also, it says the closing of the offering is Dec. 17. Is that when the new shares become available or is that the close of the window to buy the newly offered shares?

Other stocks I've seen do this, shares have dropped to around or below that price.
It appears alot of share owners are in this long and arent jumping off their shares. It is kind of odd but the ask was 1.94 when I looked a min ago

Don't take this as advice, but I sold 2000 of my 3500 shares this morning. I think I can find better things to invest that money in while these 13m new shares are out there available at a lower price than what I paid and sold for. I'll buy them back eventually.

I sold 7700 shares. Have a buy in for 2000
Another buy for 6000 at 1.70

Standard Lithium Ltd : H.C. Wainwright raises price target to C$3.25 from C$3
Why would H C Wainwright be raising their price target at the same time the shares will be diluted to $1.74 ???
