That's my plan, but I'm also going to switch to manual bot restart 2-3 weeks before I file taxes. I don't want the money held up in deals before I file so I'll let them gradually shut down and I'll restart them after tax season.

I'll sell at very small losses ($1.00 or less) if a bot is stuck in a deal for days with little movement, and if it is tying up a large chunk of capital. Otherwise, never.
By the way, it's a bloodbath today. I hope everyone's bots are hanging in there.

yep. just hanging. upped my amount to 250.00 with 4 bots.
Doge, sushi, link, grt. everythings locked up. still small amounts and small SOs (5ea).
I sold at a loss on day one for a very small amount (~1.00). Net im at ~+3.50 through 3 days.

Started with 70k. Over 100k now from the gains made. I know this is a lot, but this is not the norm for most. A few bots running on $500-1000 could be done easily on the free plan. Today is a bad day for most, but has been one of my better days this week. I’m at $464 so far today. Most of that was made last night with some of my bots clearing that were pretty deep in safety orders.
When Bitcoin is running, it’s pretty easy to make money. Days like today will make you realize that having the ability to buy down deep into your safety orders is the key to success.

Been my best day, $30 on $3k. MANA is an absolute beast, up and down all day long.

Cool, thanks. I’ve got a lot in crypto and it’s stressing me out. I’ve dabbled with some shitty bots. Nice to hear someone is making money with them. I’ll look into the ones mentioned here.

I take profits in Bitcoin and Ethereum only. The rest is USD to run bots.

Things are looking up. If todays trend continue I may have some bots clear this weekend and get unstuck.

Could be a very smart move when these things start clearing. Several of mine have been doing well like ENJ, MANA, and STORJ. Got quite a few still deep into safety orders. Need one of those $500+ days this weekend!

It’s hard to just watch em, but those safety orders are what really gets your profits up. If bitcoin we straight up, you wouldn’t do nearly as well. These pullback are the ticket.

I didn’t realize until the last Trade Alts video that we actually want safety orders to execute. And unless something goes straight down to zero, it’s how you make your money.

Absolutely, and it's great when deals close after going deep in safety orders because you get more money.
The only caveat is that you have to have enough money to cover them.

Curious on your opinion.
Do you think it’s better to have 20 pairs with higher order amounts, or 40 pairs with lower order amounts? For example, 20 pairs with $50 orders or 40 pairs with $25 orders.
Currently setup like the former, but debating moving closer to the latter to try catch more coins that are moving.

I definitely believe that having more bots with lower safety order amounts are better. That’s if all of them are funded enough to handle a pullback. If there is a lack of money to fund them, you could adjust your safety order trigger to a higher percentage like 5% or so. That way, a 15% pullback would only be 3 safety orders triggered.
